We enjoyed our week at this house. We split the house with another family and had plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, you can easily walk or ride a bike in to town or to the beach.

The house is beautiful and clean. We are surprised that comes with everything from towels, beach chairs, bikes and many more. Kids enjoy the jacuzzi and heated pool. Walking distance to shops, restaurant and beaches. Elaine was very helpful with all the questions with a quick response. We are looking forward to spend another vacation in this home.

Large, and spacious open floor plan in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. GREAT privacy doors between the spare bedrooms upstairs and the master suite. Downstairs is an entirely separate unit with a private entrance and access to the pool. Downstairs also has its own kitchen, bathroom (fab shower), and washer and dryer. Great set-up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a very spacious, updated, and clean 4-bedroom home with a large back yard. The largest bedroom/suite could almost have been a separate apartment. Our kids loved the hot tub in the back yard. The home was well equipped including a washer/dryer, barbecue grill, three tv’s, beach chairs, and cornhole set. The electric bikes were fantastic and very easy to use – highly recommend. We rode them everywhere all week including the beach, aquarium, dinner, St. Armands Circle, etc.. – and zoomed by all the traffic. You can set the “assist” level on the bikes so people of different ages and abilities could all easily keep up. The bikes were perfect for that location. Our experience with the owner and checking in was great – very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and use the bikes!

This the second year I have spent a month in this house and I have already booked the property for next year. House is very comfortable, beds are great and the property location is great. Kitchen is fully stocked. Neighbor hood is quite close to Arlington park which has a very nice walking trail, dog park and an outdoor pool. . Easy to get to beaches and restaurants shopping and downtown. The back yard is fenced and my dog really likes the back yard. Hot tub is great. Host is very responsive to any problems.

This unit was ideal for my wife and I as we visited family over the Christmas break. It is a classic ‘in law’ apartment over a garage. Despite being over a detached garage it was nice and toasty…so much so we kept the place at 66 degrees! All the amenities were there (kitchen, bathroom, living + dining areas, bedroom) and the management company kept in constant communication with us before and during the stay. Highly recommended for a couple getaway!!

This apartment is airy, full of light and really spacious. It was a great place for me to stay for a month during a life transition and I hated to leave! Three bedrooms, with very comfortable mattress and duvet. Huge kitchen was well appointed with almost everything you could think of to cook and I even baked cookies. My dog loved the small, fenced in yard in back and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for lovely walks. Ihara was so attentive to small issues I had and I couldn't have wished for a better stay. Highly recommended.

The stay was very pleasant. I especially appreciated the spacious apartment, the kitchen equipment and the great location. The apartment is very well equipped. Would love to come back.
